Our range of micro-laser products

This welding method, used in the automotive, electronic, aeronautical, medical and jewellery industries, has several advantages:

  • Depositing the minimum amount of material without altering the characteristics of the metal
  • No deformation of the parts or excessive temperature rise
  • Shiny appearance of the beads and no trace of heating on the peripheral areas
  • Assembly of small parts
  • All configurations possible: edge to edge, guaranteed tightness
  • Reloading and repair of damaged parts

Many metal grades can be welded using the micro-laser process, such as special steels, stainless steels, nickel alloys, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, etc.

This extremely advanced process makes it possible to obtain deposits with the same or better characteristics than the original. The applications are numerous: the reloading of plastic injection molds and the repair of tools, etc.

The range of micro-laser filler products is available in:

  • 330mm to 1000mm rods in 50m packs,
  • 50 m coils on D100,
  • Diameter from 0.2 mm.

Wires (rods and coils) :

  • Low-alloy steels
  • Stainless steels
  • Nickel alloys
  • Aluminum alloys
  • Copper alloys
  • Titanium alloys
  • Cobalt alloys
  • Hardfacing for tooling

SAW submerged arc consumables (strip, solid wire and flux)

Submerged arc and flux combinations have been tested to ensure specific properties.

  • Non-alloyed steels
  • Low alloy steels
  • Stainless steels
  • Nickel alloys
  • Maintenance and repair, hardfacing
